Steps

  • Bring 250ml of vegetable stock to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Add the noodles and cook for two minutes.
  • Add tofu, soy sauce, chilli, ginger, mushrooms, lime juice, and sesame oil and cook for five minutes.
  • Transfer the broth to a bowl and garnish with coriander.
