Steps

  • Pre-heat the oven to 220°C.
  • Fry the tomatoes in 30ml of oil for a few minutes.
  • Season tomatoes and roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Dredge cheese in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs twice.
  • Fry breaded cheese in 30ml of oil until golden on both sides.
  • Simmer grapes, vinegar, chilli, and sugar for 5 minutes to make chutney.
  • Serve the fried cheese on the roasted tomatoes with chutney alongside.
