Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut a cross in the top of each fig and stuff with a piece of Camembert.
  • Season the stuffed figs with salt and black pepper.
  • Melt butter in an ovenproof pan and fry figs for one minute.
  • Roast figs in the oven for six minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Fry the bacon in a separate pan for five minutes until crisp.
  • Wrap each roasted fig with a rasher of crispy bacon and serve.
