Steps

  • Slice fennel bulbs thinly into rings and place into a large bowl.
  • Remove orange skin and pith before slicing into 1cm thick circles.
  • Mix orange juice and lemon juice with an equal amount of olive oil.
  • Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
