Steps

  • Melt 25g of butter in a frying pan.
  • Fry the croissants for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  • Melt 25g of butter and brown sugar in a small frying pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the chopped apple and orange juice in the pan for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add the sultanas and cook for 1 additional minute.
  • Stir in the cream, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
