Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the chopped pears, apple, and nectarines in a pan with lemon juice and warm over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Rub the flour and butter together in a bowl until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Stir in the oats, seeds, almonds, and demerara sugar.
  • Layer the warm fruit and chopped banana in a small roasting tin and sprinkle with caster sugar.
  • Spread the crumble topping over the fruit and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Serve warm with cream or custard.
