Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Pulse flour, salt, butter, and sugar in a food processor until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  • Blend in chocolate and milk until the mixture forms a dough.
  • Pat the dough to 2.5cm thick on a floured surface and cut out six rounds.
  • Place rounds on a baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
