Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok.
  • Add the spring onion, chilli, chicken, and soya beans and stir fry for three minutes.
  • Add the noodles, soy sauce, and orange juice and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  • Stir the sesame seeds and mint through the noodles and serve on a plate.
