Steps

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken strips and cook for 4 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in sweetcorn, mangetout, and pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in 300ml of stock and simmer for 10 minutes until reduced.
  • Ladle the hot chowder into a bowl and serve with bread.
