Steps

  • Boil a large pan of salted water and cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes until al dente.
  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over high heat and add broccoli florets.
  • Char the broccoli for 1 minute undisturbed, then turn and char for 3 more minutes.
  • Add garlic, chilli, and almonds to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the spaghetti and toss into the broccoli pan to combine before serving.
