Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut a pocket into the chicken breast, stuff with cheese, and wrap with bacon.
  • Fry the chicken for two minutes per side in an ovenproof pan, then bake for five minutes.
  • Layer potato and cheese with seasoning inside a greased 5cm chefs' ring.
  • Fry the ring in oil for two minutes per side, then bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
  • Unmold the potato tower onto a plate and serve with the chicken.
