Steps

  • Heat a wok until smoking and add the oil.
  • Add garlic and chilli and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add prawns, rice wine, and lime juice and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until prawns turn pink.
  • Add French beans and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until prawns are cooked.
  • Season with salt and chilli flakes to taste.
  • Serve the chilli prawns immediately on a plate.
