Method

Heat 300ml of double cream with orange and lime zest in a saucepan over low-medium heat.

Pour the warm cream mixture over 100g of melted white chocolate and stir until smooth.

Place cherries, orange segments, and marshmallows into a serving bowl.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the fruit and marshmallows.

Brown the top of the mixture using a mini blowtorch.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
