Steps

  • Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add chilli flakes, vinegar, and sugar then fry for one minute.
  • Add 50g of grapes and cook for five minutes until softened.
  • Heat 15ml oil in a separate large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry 75g of goats' cheese rounds for five minutes on each side until browned.
  • Place cheese rounds on a plate, top with rocket, and spoon chutney around.
