Method

Warm 500ml of milk in a saucepan over a low heat.

Mix flour, sugar, and vanilla seeds in a separate saucepan until smooth.

Whisk in the warm milk gradually until the mixture is smooth.

Cook over gentle heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.

Whisk in 80ml of Amaretto until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and stir in 100g of chocolate and 50g of butter.

Spoon the mixture into glasses and top with 30g of crushed biscuits.
