Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper and fry for 3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Add the chopped chilli and garlic to the pan and stir fry for one minute.
  • Pour in 150ml of hot beef stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes until the pork is cooked through.
  • Stir in the 100g of cooked noodles and sesame oil.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander.
