Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a baking tray.
  • Mix the spring onion, potato, carrot, peas, and korma paste in a bowl.
  • Lay one filo sheet lengthways and brush with oil.
  • Fold the pastry in half lengthways and brush with more oil.
  • Place a portion of filling at one end, leaving a 2cm border.
  • Fold the corner diagonally to form a triangle and continue folding to the end.
  • Brush the outside with oil and place on the tray.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden-brown and crisp.
