Steps

  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Coat the veal escalope in the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan and fry veal until golden.
  • Place mozzarella slices on the veal and grill for three minutes until melted.
  • Heat more olive oil in a small saucepan and fry onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add vinegar and sugar then simmer for 6 minutes.
  • Serve the onion chutney on top of the cooked veal.
