Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Melt the caster sugar and butter in a small ovenproof frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the plums and cook for five minutes until caramelized.
  • Whisk the flour, brown sugar, eggs, and milk together and pour over the plums.
  • Bake in the oven for ten minutes until the top is golden-brown.
  • Turn the pudding out onto a serving plate.
  • Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and a dusting of icing sugar.
