Steps

  • Fry the meatball onion in oil for 10 minutes until soft.
  • Soak white breadcrumbs in 50ml of milk for 10 minutes in a bowl.
  • Fry the sauce onion for 10 minutes, then sauté crushed garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add tomatoes, water, purée, sugar, and dried herbs, then simmer for 7 minutes.
  • Mix turkey mince, apple, thyme, and sautéed onions into the soaked breadcrumbs.
  • Form teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture into small balls with floured hands.
  • Brown meatballs in sunflower oil, then simmer in the sauce for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cook and drain the spaghetti, then toss with sauce and garnish with herbs.
