Steps

  • Heat sunflower oil in a wok.
  • Simmer julienned carrots, sliced radishes, and water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add asparagus and mangetout and stir-fry until tender.
  • Remove vegetables from the wok and set aside.
  • Melt 15g of butter in a frying pan until frothing.
  • Sear the 150g tuna steak for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
  • Simmer tamari and honey in the wok for 1-2 minutes.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the vegetables.
  • Serve the tuna on top of the vegetables with a lime wedge.
