Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Combine chilli flakes, salt, thyme, and tofu in a bowl.
  • Brush two sheets of filo pastry with beaten egg.
  • Place tofu in the centre of each sheet and fold edges to create parcels.
  • Brush parcels with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake on a sheet for five minutes or until golden.
  • Serve parcels on a warm plate with a drizzle of olive oil.
