Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Combine chilli flakes, salt, thyme, and tofu in a bowl.

Brush two sheets of filo pastry with beaten egg.

Place tofu in the centre of each sheet and fold edges to create parcels.

Brush parcels with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake on a sheet for five minutes or until golden.

Serve parcels on a warm plate with a drizzle of olive oil.
