Steps

  • Infuse 20g tea into 750ml gin, shake, and leave for 2 hours.
  • Strain the tea leaves and return the infused gin to the bottle.
  • Add 40ml infused gin, 30ml regular gin, and all other liquid ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.
  • Add a heaped teaspoon of lime marmalade and shake vigorously.
  • Strain the mixture into an ice-filled teapot.
