Steps

  • Mix soy sauce, Tabasco, lime juice, seeds, and chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Heat a griddle pan until hot.
  • Oil and season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Fry meat for 3 minutes per side and glaze with half the soy mixture.
  • Remove the steak from heat and let it rest.
  • Blanch beans in boiling water for 4 minutes and refresh in cold water.
  • Whisk yoghurt, sesame oil, and remaining soy mixture in a bowl.
  • Spoon dressing over beans and top with sliced steak and coriander.
