Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Blend flour, oil, water, and salt in a food processor until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface and shape into a 20cm round base.
  • Brown the base in a frying pan over high heat.
  • Crisp the top of the pizza using a mini-blowtorch or grill.
  • Spread tomato purée over the base.
  • Sauté sliced mushrooms in a dry pan and scatter over the purée.
  • Layer prosciutto and gorgonzola cheese on top.
  • Crack an egg into the center and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Slice into wedges and serve on a large plate.
