Steps

  • Heat a wok to a high temperature.
  • Add vegetable oil and stir-fry romero pepper, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and chilli for five minutes.
  • Add squid and honey and cook for a further two minutes.
  • Blend parsley, 55ml olive oil, and lime juice in a food processor until smooth.
  • Serve the stir-fry on a plate and drizzle with the parsley oil.
