Steps

  • Place sliced chicken in a hot wok with sesame oil and fry for 4 minutes.
  • Add lime juice, coriander, vegetable stock, and soy sauce to the wok.
  • Mix plain flour with eggs and 25ml of water to form a smooth dough.
  • Feed the dough through a pasta machine on the fine noodle setting.
  • Place the noodles into the wok and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken and noodles in a large bowl.
