Steps

  • Season the pork with pepper.
  • Mix cornflour with 30ml cold water and stir in the soy sauce.
  • Heat a wok with cooking spray and stir-fry pork for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Transfer pork to a plate and add more oil spray to the pan.
  • Stir-fry mushrooms and peppers for 2 minutes.
  • Add mangetout and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and spring onions for several seconds.
  • Return pork to the pan and pour over the soy mixture.
  • Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and the pork is cooked.
