Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut a criss-cross into the top of each fig and press sides to open.
  • Stuff the thyme and Stilton into the open figs.
  • Wrap puff pastry strips around the figs.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for ten minutes until golden.
  • Serve the figs on a plate garnished with parsley.
