Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof frying pan and sear chicken for 5 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Add garlic, chillies, and honey to the pan.
  • Transfer to the oven and cook for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Place chicken on a plate with blanched green beans.
  • Drizzle with pan juices and scatter with toasted almonds.
