Steps

  • Beat the sugar and butter together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the eggs and fold in the flour.
  • Stir in the orange and lemon zest.
  • Grease a small heat-resistant glass pudding bowl and drizzle honey inside.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the bowl.
  • Cover with cling film and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
  • Remove from microwave and discard the cling film.
  • Turn the sponge out onto a flat plate.
  • Top with combined whipped cream, apple sauce, and pecans to serve.
