Steps

  • Warm the olive oil in a wok or wide pan.
  • Add the chopped chilli and lemon zest to the hot oil until they sizzle.
  • Grate the garlic into the pan and add one third of the herbs.
  • Add the squid and prawns and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and half of the remaining herbs for 30 seconds.
  • Season with salt if needed and serve on a platter topped with the final herbs.
