Steps

  • Sauté onions in oil until softened and slightly colored.
  • Add ginger, garlic, and chilli, then cool the mixture on a plate.
  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Boil potato wedges for 6 minutes, drain, and coat with oil.
  • Roast potatoes for 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Combine the spices for the potato wedge seasoning in a bowl.
  • Mix minced beef with onion mixture and spices, then shape into patties.
  • Grill burgers for 4 minutes per side or until cooked to preference.
  • Season wedges with spice blend and serve in buns with ketchup.
