Method

Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry haddock for 3 minutes per side.

Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilli, and parsley to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Boil chopped sweet potato for 6 minutes, then add peas for 2 minutes.

Drain vegetables and stir into the haddock pan with butter for 3 minutes.

Spoon the parsley and chilli sauce onto a plate and top with the haddock.
