  • Mash drained chickpeas, eggs, curry powder, and breadcrumbs in a bowl into a rough paste.
  • Shape the mixture into 8 small burger patties.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Drain the cooked patties on kitchen paper.
  • Mix diced mango, sliced spring onion, lime juice, mint, and chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Preheat the grill to high and toast the halved pittas.
