Steps

  • Mix garlic, cumin, and lamb cubes in a bowl and marinate for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Grill the lamb on a high-heat griddle pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked.
  • Stir together the yogurt, tahini, mint, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  • Heat the flatbreads on a low-heat griddle pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  • Assemble by layering sauce, cabbage, chili sauce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, lamb, and lemon juice in each bread.
