Steps

  • Break the cardamom pods open and extract the seeds.
  • Cook the seeds, pecans, and ginger in a frying pan over medium heat for one minute.
  • Add five tablespoons of sugar and allow it to melt and caramelise over the nuts.
  • Transfer the nuts to a bowl and dust with cinnamon and the remaining sugar.
