Steps

  • Pulse soya beans, chilli, breadcrumbs, spring onions, coriander, and egg in a food processor until combined.
  • Form the mixture into a patty and coat it with flour.
  • Fry the patty in olive oil for three minutes per side until golden-brown.
  • Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, and orange juice together and toss with the herbs.
  • Mix all salsa ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Place the burger on the salad and finish with the salsa.
