Steps

  • Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray and fry onion over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Add pork and gammon, season with pepper, and cook for two minutes while stirring.
  • Stir in garlic, paprika, and chilli powder for a few seconds.
  • Add tomatoes, beans, tomato purée, mustard, and stock, then bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for 25 minutes until pork is tender and sauce has thickened.
  • Season to taste and stir in half the parsley.
  • Garnish with remaining parsley and serve with yogurt.
