Steps

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  • Rub the butter into the flour and xanthan gum.
  • Mix the ingredients with 45ml of water to form a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough out to 0.5cm thickness.
  • Brush the surface with beaten egg or melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with salt, seeds, and parmesan if desired.
  • Cut the dough into 3cm square or diamond shapes.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Cool on a wire rack before serving.
