Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Combine the mango, honey, soy sauce, chilli, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the salsa.
  • Rub the tuna steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a griddle pan until smoking and sear the tuna for two minutes on each side.
  • Place the salsa on a plate and top with the seared tuna.
