Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Combine the mango, honey, soy sauce, chilli, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the salsa.

Rub the tuna steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a griddle pan until smoking and sear the tuna for two minutes on each side.
