Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon on one side for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Turn the salmon over, squeeze on lemon juice, season, and leave to finish cooking in the residual heat.
  • Mix the asparagus, red pepper, lime juice, coriander, mango, chilli, soy sauce, olive oil, and honey.
  • Pile the salsa onto a plate, arrange the salmon slices around it, and garnish with lime and parsley.
