Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic for 4 minutes until soft.
  • Stir in the cream and reduce for 4 minutes.
  • Add prawns and spring onion to the pan.
  • Add the cooked pasta and coat thoroughly in the sauce.
  • Heat through for 2 minutes and add parsley and egg yolk.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir in lemon juice.
  • Transfer pasta to a serving dish.
