Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Mix the flour, butter, and all seeds together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add water gradually and bring the mixture together by hand to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough out to 1cm thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into 5cm rounds and transfer them to the baking tray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the biscuits are crisp and lightly golden-brown.
