Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onions, chilli, and garlic for 4 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the cooked sausages, cooked pasta, ricotta, and chopped tomatoes.
  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with half the parmesan shavings.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley, the remaining parmesan, and serve with garlic bread slices.
