Steps

  • Mix the yoghurt, ginger, garlic, spices, lime juice, cheese, egg, and gram flour in a bowl.
  • Coat the salmon in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Preheat the grill to high and mix melted butter with lemon juice.
  • Place salmon on a baking tray and grill for 8 to 10 minutes while basting with lemon butter.
  • Carefully flake the cooked salmon into pieces.
  • Fill tortillas with salmon flakes, salad, and preferred toppings.
