Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and seasoning.
Roast in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until softened.
Toss the rocket with olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl.
Transfer the rocket to a plate and top with the roasted tomatoes.
