Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 225°C.
  • Brush filo circles with melted butter and layer into a 15cm tart ring.
  • Add the quince paste and top with orange segments.
  • Drizzle with remaining butter and bake for eight minutes until golden.
  • Mix the yoghurt with the orange zest.
  • Transfer the tart to a plate, dust with icing sugar, and serve with the yoghurt.
