Steps

  • Combine prawn shells, heads, chilli, tomato, and 500ml stock in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid through a sieve and discard the solids.
  • Chop the 100g of cooked noodles and place them in a bowl.
  • Pour the hot broth over the noodles and garnish with herbs.
