Steps

  • Mix the minced prawns, spring onions, sesame oil, and soy sauce together in a bowl.
  • Place 15ml of the mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • Draw up the wrapper sides leaving the top exposed and place in a bamboo steamer.
  • Steam over a pan of boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Serve the dumplings directly from the steamer basket.
